very powerful work out! i enjoyed it a lot Thank you very much Nate this changes a lot in mental and physical health.
I recently learned how to punch faster than Bruce Lee & it’s not even that difficult, It involves a 15kg kegal ball and strenuous conditioning on multiple tendons mostly in the arms and back.

I had a boxing coach tell me that if you get in a street fight, a double jab and right cross will throw an inexperienced person off really easily.

These workouts are life changing. People at the gym ask me how old I am. They don’t believe I’m going to be 71 in a few months. Ive lifted weights for many years but never had this kind of conditioning. My doctor says keep it up.
Nate, would like to have a workout that favors the left arm more. These workouts really work the right shoulder a lot more than the left.

My favorite jab next to the up and swivel variants. Never heard someone say flick it like there's water on your glove. That's creative as hell for teaching
